Kapusniak or Cabbage soup is made from a recipe passed down from two generations. Made with fresh cabbage and sauerkraut and slowly cooked to reach the perfect flavor! Packed into a one quart jar, just add water and simmer!

Czarnina or Duck soup is just like Babcia used to make! Filled with egg noodles, raisins and prunes and seasoned just so. Stir in a cup or two of boiling water to desired strength and enjoy our “old world” recipe.
