to our website! Dudek Foods, Inc. is a local food manufacturer
specializing in Polish food products. We are located in the
Polish community of Hamtramck, Michigan. Our products are hand-made
using the same Old World recipes just like Babcia (grandma)
and Ciocia (aunt) used to make.
We manufacture,
cook and package the products at our plant located in the
heart of Hamtramck, Michigan. The products are then frozen
to seal in the freshness of the homemade taste! From freezer,
to frying pan, to your plate! It’s that easy. Just heat,
eat and enjoy the goodness from our kitchen to yours.
 Our
products include our famous handmade Pierogi (dumplings) in
seven scrumptious flavors! Use as a side dish instead of potato
or rice. But buyer beware; your family will want to eat them
as a meal. For breakfast, brunch or dessert, try our tasty
cheese-filled or fruit-filled Nalesniki (crepes). Just warm
and enjoy. The Placki (potato pancakes) we make come right
from our grill to your table. Using fresh potatoes, you won’t
want to eat them just for breakfast or lunch. Garnish with
applesauce or sour cream and make it a meal! We also carry
Czarnina (duck blood) soup and Kapusniak (cabbage) soup. Slow
cooking ensures the richness of these recipes passed down
from two generations.
